AR filter in an illustrated living room

A series of children stories originally written in Israel of the 50's-90's by Bina and Uriel Ofek are transformed into large scale wall murals that come to life through animation, sound, and interactive playable AR filters.

The design intent was push the boundaries of narrative driven and spatial immersive creation.

Illustrated sketch of a shop window

The audience that comes to take part in the experience is given a tablet, headphones, and a map.

In order to integrate interactive storytelling with the spatial environment, In each scene, the audience is given an active role, an AR tool/filter, and a series of empathic actions that they must perform in order to move the plot forward.

"As the two-headed creature begins to move and rise, the optical illusion continues. It is impossible to decipher where one body ends and the next begins.“
