Living in Israel, we all carry some form of trauma. Sometimes it’s the small things - the sound of a helicopter above; a white Toyota pickup truck passing by.

This journal was created spontaneously over a two years period as a tool to try and make sense of it all. To normalize and acknowledge that war effects everyone and that it's ok to feel uncertainty, loneliness or depression even if others had it much worth.

THIS IS NOT A POLITICAL PIECE. I ACKNOWLEDGE THE PAIN AND SUFFERING OF ALL SIDES INVOLVED IN THIS CONFLICT.
